What payment methods do you accept?
Payments by bank transfer are preferred. You can also pay by credit card from the pre-order page of the desired product.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your remote-ordered products. You will then be fully refunded. More information in our T&Cs.
What should I do if I have a problem with my cargo bike?
If you have any problems with your Galian bike, you can make an appointment with your local bike repairer who will take care of maintenance, repairs, oil changes, and replacement of consumable components such as brake pads. At any time, you can send us an email to support@galiancycles.com (without spaces) or call us at 02 56 85 07 44 (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Do you offer a warranty on cargo bikes?
Yes, the frame is guaranteed for 10 years; the other components of the bike are guaranteed for 2 years. Consumables are not under warranty.
