A new… no, a new employee arrived at Galian at the beginning of December!
Coralie, a former passionate motorcyclist, channeled her interest in ecology and mobility into cargo bikes after years spent enjoying the thrills of her Ducati. Little by little, she transitioned to more sustainable modes of transport, and she's now a true cycling and walking enthusiast.
From Orange to Galian…
And this new employee is very special, because she comes to us straight from Orange! And this, thanks to their "Respiration" program. To put it simply, this program allows her to lead a new personal or professional adventure for a maximum duration of 1 year. This is in order to develop adaptability skills and confront other types of organizations. A year later, she will return to Orange, brimming with new ideas!
Coralie and Orange have a great love story. After a long period in sales, she moved into recruitment and finally became a forecaster in the intervention unit. Her role was to anticipate technicians' activities and predict breakdowns, thus allowing interventions to be planned in advance. Many varied skills that make her an atypical profile.
Strong ecological motivations
"I spent almost 30 years at Orange! It was precisely this level that motivated me to turn to this program. And given that I had been told that it might not continue in 2024, I said to myself: it's now or never!"
Attracted by CSR initiatives and environmental associations, it was ultimately Galian that she chose (Hallelujah!). And yet, Coralie was part of the "Vélo Musculaire" team. Cargo bikes were clearly not her cup of tea ( See Coralie's article on LinkedIn ). But the values shared between the team and her, Galian's motivation to want to revolutionize mobility in favor of the environment and the real need for a collaborator like Coralie within the company won the day and there was no doubt about her place within the team.
Know how to offer premium services
His current role as Business Developer allows him to contribute his expertise, notably by establishing partnerships with companies and building a network of repairers to ensure premium customer service. Because, like at Orange, when you do premium, it goes from production to customer service. Your experience with Formidable will be great from start to finish, and that will be partly thanks to Coralie!
Horizon 2024
